As someone with extensive experience in governance and a deep personal commitment to supporting the arts and youth groups, Jill is excited about contributing to High Points Youth Ballet’s mission of enriching young dancers' lives through pre-professional ballet training and holistic development.
Throughout her career as a corporate solicitor spanning over 20 years, Jill has gained significant experience in overseeing board meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance across a range of industries. Jill’s current role includes lecturing on the MSc Corporate Governance and Management course at Ulster University, where she imparts her governance expertise to future leaders.
Jill’s passion for the arts and youth development is reflected in her involvement in various community initiatives that support young people. She firmly believes in the transformative power of the arts, which aligns closely with High Points Youth Ballet’s mission to nurture the artistic, personal, and academic growth of its students.
We warmly welcome Jill’s governance expertise to our board, where she will help guide the organisation’s strategic direction and ensure it continues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for young dancers to thrive.
